Connect your Outlook.

Once your Outlook is connected, the people you email and meet with become contacts in the CRM on their own — no typing anyone in, no importing a list. It is a one-time connection on your own account, and it takes about thirty seconds.

The three clicks

Do this once, signed in to the CRM as yourself.

Open your account settings

Top-right avatar, then Settings. You land on your own Account page.

Add the account

Under Connected accounts, click Add account, then Connect with Microsoft.

Approve it

Sign in with your ANC account and accept. The status turns to Synced and contacts start arriving.

What lands in the CRM, and what doesn't

The connection is deliberately conservative — it fills in the people you actually work with and leaves the noise out.

Created automatically

  • People you email — and, if you choose, people who email you
  • Anyone on a meeting you organise or attend
  • Their name, address and company, matched to the account when it already exists

Skipped by default

  • Personal addresses — Gmail, Outlook.com and the like
  • Group aliases — support@, noreply@, team@
  • Anything on your blocklist — add a person or a whole domain yourself

You stay in control of it

Everything below sits under Settings, on the Emails and Calendars pages, and is yours alone — nobody else's setting changes yours.

Contact auto-creation

  • Sent and Received — everyone you exchange mail with
  • Sent — only people you have written to
  • None — connect for calendar only, create nothing

What your team can see

  • Everything — subject, body and attachments
  • Subject and metadata
  • Metadata — timestamp and participants only

Where we are today

Signing in with Microsoft is not the same thing — that is the login. The Outlook connection is a separate one-time click, and this is who has made it.
